The boulder field of Korsukankaan kivijata (Lauhanvuori, National Parks)
Two photographs from the sandstone bouder field of Korsukankaan kivijata. On left by J.J. Sederholm, 1891-1900 (GTK, Vanhatkuvat 698), on right by Pasi Talvitie in August 2018. The area was sparsely forested in the past. Now the forests have grown and the seemingly wide and open sandstone field is slowly dwarfed by the forest. The bloulder field is not a guided visiting site and has no infrastructure.
